Cricket Canada National team Coach, Gus Logie, together with High Performance Manager, David Patterson, and ICC High Performance Manager, Richard Done, will be visiting Vancouver, Calgary and Winnipeg in the first week of May.

They will be spending 2-3 days in each city, meeting with provincial and local cricket officials and undertaking practice and talent ID sessions with provincial players.

For David Patterson, “this trip is important for the building of HP relationships with the provinces, especially in relation to the Cricket Canada HP Structure and Player Pathway as presented at the recent AGM in Halifax, as well as providing the national team coach, Gus Logie, with the opportunity to touch base with current and potential future national team players".

From an ICC perspective, Richard Done has indicated “this visit presents a good opportunity to get the players and other key people in each region together with a particular emphasis on the performance pathway within Canada”.

Along similar lines, David will visiting Montreal this weekend to meet with Quebec cricket officials and players. After conducting a session this Friday evening for potential NCL players and talented local youth, David will be assisting Domestic Development Manager, Ingleton Liburd, in the conduct of a Level 1 Coaching course on 13 and 14 April.
