Sri Lanka ‘A’ has bested Canada in Colombo.



On Monday, Canada put up 115-6 in 20 overs on the back of 62 from

Jimmy Hansra. Raza Rehman (17) and Harvir Baidwan (15) were the only

other batsmen to reach double figure. The Sri Lankan’s reached the

target in 16 overs for the loss of only 5 wickets. Sri Lanka ‘A’ were

led in the match by World Cup veterans Suraj Randiv and Chamara Silva.

Silva, top scored for Sri Lanka with 45.



Canada bowled out the remaining overs of the match as practice as Sri

Lanka reached 151.



Henry Osinde has been leading the team since Khurram Chohan pulled out

of the tour with an injury
