Canada's cricket team retained the Auty Cup on Thursday after a draw with the United States in Lauderhill, Fla.

After putting up a total of 196 over its first innings on Wednesday, Canada shut down the American attack. The U.S. managed just 114 runs before all 10 batters were out.

Canadian bowler Junaid Siddiqui accounted for three of the outs, catching two and dismissing the other via leg before wicket.

Canada put up 150 runs by the tea break in its next innings, and decided to bat out for the draw rather than declare and let the U.S. take a run at Canada's totals. Raza-Ur Rehman led Canada with 54 runs.

The two teams meet for a 50-over game on Friday before playing a pair of Twenty20 matches on Saturday.
