Rizwan Cheema has become this first Canadian cricketer to be picked up in an overseas professional T20 league when he was selected in the player auction for hte Bangladesh Premier League.
Cheema was picked up for $25,000 by the Duronto Rajshahi for the 2012 season.
The Bangladesh Premier League will start on February 10, 2012.
